Depression

my demons hide behind a pretty smile.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I've isolated my feelings so much that when people tell me i'm not okay and try to help i get angry.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

i've lost myself in the numbness and i don't know my way back.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

@suicide_shush please stay strong love. you can make it through. keep fighting❤️

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I wish people could see how weak I really am and stay with me through my hard times. Is that too much to ask?

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

The sad part is how easily people were fooled when told them I was okay again.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I hate how people throw around mental illnesses so easily. "i'm depressed now, i failed my test." …okay i'm clinically depressed every day.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

depression is so annoying. you want to be happy and productive but it just feels completely impossible

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I wish it were possible to just disappear. without any grief, pain, or debt. just disappear and end the hurting I feel everyday.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I won't forget, I won't forgive.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I'm so tired of feeling nothing. Even pain would feel nice at this point

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I'm not living anymore I'm simply surviving fighting to make it through another day.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I feel like I've been trying to climb out of this deep hole but I lost my grip and I'm falling so fast with nothing to hold on to.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

Sometimes I really want to cry just so I can feel something.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I wear a smile like make up. Looks pretty during the day but at the end of the day it washes off.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

The only way I know how to deal with emotional distress is self harm. Otherwise I don't know what to do or how to cope.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

Do you ever get frustrated that you're depressed because you know others have it worse but you just can't help it? I do.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

Person: You can talk to me
Me: *tells person only a sliver of what's going on in my head*
Person: *leaves and doesn't talk to me again*

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I don't trust my emotions. Sometimes I feel okay but then I also realize I feel nothing and soon enough I'll be back where I started.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

I don't know how or why I'm still holding on.

[Depression @dark_emotions16]

Everyone slowly develops this strong hate for me and they don't even tell me they just leave.
