How about a dark swirling #thriller with:
๐โโ๏ธ a female led & driven plot
๐ฉโ๐ฌ near-term #scifi plus a #paranormal twist
๐ฌ college students rocking #STEM
๐ช๏ธ storm chasing insanity
๐คท no final cliffhanger

@DrSpooky_ER I played in a Rec league some time back. Our first base player took a line drive in the face early one game. She finished the game and stayed for libations. The next day her doc banned her from playing for weeks due to her broken bones. I think she lasted two.
@jflWrites Lately I use one file per chapter. Iโve been drafting a lot on my phone. When Internet connectivity is spotty, Iโd rather a couple small-ish files be pending snapshots to the cloud as opposed to one, ever-growing file. Call me paranoid.
@deidrejowen Oh yeah.
My bane is the whole copy-paste finger fumble exercise on my phone. Iโm lucky to cleanly pull off that trick like once out of every ten attempts.
When I don't write books, I play guitar - (or sit there rocking back and forth worrying about why I'm not writing books, but that's another story) - and tonight's gig night! Looking forward to getting on stage again! ๐๐ค#heavymetal
@TimWolffAuthor Right there with you. When it comes to editing, sometimes it's polishing coal nuggets into diamonds. Other times it's scooping stinky nuggets clinging to the word litter.
Most of the time it's me wondering WTF made me think I could do any of this in the first place.
@Kel7Green This. For sure.
You could toss in: marketing the finished book = desperation to smash all those words down into a concise and compelling enticement
The Word Fu for writers never ends. Ever.
