@Kalshi If one Robotaxi can earn around $30,000 per year, here’s what a fleet might look like:
• $100,000 per year → about 4 Robotaxis
• $500,000 per year → about 17 Robotaxis
• $1,000,000 per year → about 34 Robotaxis
Just sold my Tesla Model Y on Carvana. Still had a balance with the bank and title was electronic with a lien.
Typed in a vin, took some pictures, they offered me $43k for it.
They already knew what my payoff was (not sure how, I didn't log into anything) and they will direct deposit the rest into my bank on Monday.
Ten minutes in an app, and 10 minutes with their pick up person (cost $150 to not have to drop it off) the next day and it's done.
Wild experience. Super simple.
Florida's housing recession is now entering Year 4.
Home sales have dropped 30% below the pandemic peak, and activity is still running well below normal.
Only 32.1k homes sold across Florida in July 2026.
That's 20% below 2019 levels and 11% below the long-term July average.
And while sales are up slightly YoY, there are still no material signs of a breakout.
Buyer demand is weak due to slowing migration, high insurance costs, and a weakening economy. The good news is that this weak demand is finally forcing sellers to adjust.
Price cuts are spreading, and I'm now finding homes across Florida selling 20-40% below their peak value.

Now people are starting to see it huh?

@marco__reed It started in Germany. Single women say men aren't worth it. But when something breaks Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, pool maintenance, garage doors, appliances, cutting trees suddenly they're desperate. they start to appreciate the guy who can actually fix things. Funny😆
@marco__reed It is a skewed statistics.
Single (DIVORCED) women buy 2x homes than single men
Before marriage women save more, after marriage they keep more.
It is called: Gender robbery
