Imagine:
- Getting protocol fees from 6m wallets.
- Putting back less than 2m wallet protocol fees for an airdrop.
- Getting money for claiming from the airdrop.
Is this an airdrop or #zroscam#l0scam ?
Today LayerZero is introducing a new claiming mechanism called Proof-of-Donation, which will result in ~$18.5 million donated to @ProtocolGuild, a collective funding mechanism for Ethereum developers.
Protocol Guild and Ethereum's core developers have been fundamental to LayerZero's growth, driving the proliferation of the EVM, Ethereum's L2-centric roadmap, and the broader crypto ecosystem. By donating to Protocol Guild, eligible recipients show long-term alignment with the LayerZero protocol and a commitment to the future of crypto.
To claim ZRO, users must donate $0.10 in USDC, USDT, or native ETH per ZRO. This small donation goes directly to the Protocol Guild. The LayerZero Foundation is matching all donations up to $10 million.

Shocked with the latest airdrop checker from @LayerZero_Labs . The airdrop trend must come to an end. Eventually, I hope everyone gets what they deserve and enough to cover fees spent.
@SybilHorror6@PrimordialAA@LayerZero_Labs@ryanzarick Please have a look to this report. It deserves to be double checked. Real users are suffering because of a false report that shouldn't happen in the sybil hunt.
Same with this low quality report.

All wallets seem have no connections and randomly selected as clusters. Some real wallets are 500k+ of assets.
The method is wrong from the beginning. The reporter should learn the definition "arbitrator" . In addition, this report is low quality and should be discarded.

They could have done something on their side but no. Spending thousands of TX (- 0.001301 SOL every claim even if it's unsuccessful). Remember that L0 is on their way to Solana. Pretty that users won't tolerate this and never forget.
I'm wondering if @wormhole devs ever try to bridge and claim a tx from EVM or anywhere to solana this period. This is absolutely a bad experience for users and they never forget this.
@PrimordialAA Maybe it's time to make the snapshot#2 from 1/5/2024 - 31/5/2024. This can an indicator for "real users" because all sybils won't use L0 any longer after the snapshot#1. A good method to compare with real user data from snapshot#1. What do you think ?
