With fake calls increasing in India, it is risky to pick up international calls because you never know what will happen. I request that Amazon authorities look into this and make the necessary changes.

@amazonIN @amazon I ordered a product on Amazon that was supposed to be delivered the next day. On the delivery day, the agent called from a number starting with +44, the UK country code (system generated call). It is confusing to receive random international calls.

@PUMA I ordered a sneaker on the 11th of October 2025 but I had return the product as there was a dent on one pair of the shoes. I returned the product on the 17th October, but still I haven't received the refund. The order number is 108699700. Why is there a delay?

It's been almost a month now and I still haven't received the refund. Every time when I chat with the customer executives, they say the same dialogue as if they were only trained to do only that. Shame on you @myntra. I need an explanation and refund asap!

@myntra @MyntraSupport I ordered a Mochi Shoe like Sandals from Myntra but I had to cancel after it is shipped because of delivery issue. On 11th of April I cancelled the order and I was told that the refund will be credited in 10 days.

@airtelindia Hello Airtel, I gave a request to shift my wifi connection to my new flat. While requesting you very kindly asked for the desired date and time. I gave the request for 25th May between 10am-12pm. Up till now, no one has come in yet and no one called.

@amazonIN Utterly disappointed with the kind of services I have been going through in the last 3-4 days. I ordered a product that didn't fit my size and I opted for an exchange. This was done on Friday 9th Feb 2024.

And every day I get a notification that the product is out for delivery, but no call from the agent, and the product is not delivered. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE. WHY IS THE PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED IF IT IS OUT FOR DELIVERY AND THAT TO FOR A WEEK?

I got a notification that the product was out for delivery on Saturday, which didn't and I got a call from the delivery agent that the delivery would happen the next day. But it's been almost a week now that I haven't received the product yet.
