@adkenny321@DHLParcelUK Another skill they don't seem to have is reading more than a sentence so all previous communication is blind to them. Every day they start again from beginning and nothing happens.
Almost 3... yes 3 months and @DHLParcelUK still havenโt given a release to our packet. This is a packet that never even left the drop off point. But they wonโt give it back?!?
@adkenny321@DHLParcelUK Oh it's ridiculous. In our case we've had refund and we can even visit our parcel like it's in packet prison! Lol. They refuse to release from the drop off physically until DHL call them which seems like something beyond their skill - dialing a phone number.
@DHLParcelUK Yes to number. No to your 3 month out of date information. Do DHL employees just ignore all written records and avoid talking to each other? Explains why you are incapable of one simple phone call to a shop in months. They have our packet. We've seen it in person multiple times!
@DHLParcelUK Youโve been DMed the details multiple times. Can you do anything differently now? Maybe you can explain why you havenโt been able to do anything in all this time?
@MacSparky I've started back to work with first thing is looking at things through a context computing eye. Seeing what I can do with my Windows machine for similar ideas.
@DHLParcelUK Nothing to do with "how I feel"?!? Just talking facts and tangibles here. I'd rather you address those than my feelings. I haven't paid you to be my therapist.
So no follow up from @DHLParcelUK . They have all details via DM (my history on that is public here). Guess they just donโt want to explain their continued fuck ups in public.
@DHLParcelUK That's the point. They didn't assist further. ๐ (not sure why you can't comprehend that).
No one at DHL has taken an actual practical step to resolve this. 2 months now and you're illegally holding our property.
