The Terciopelo (Bothrops asper) Once of the most volatile venomous snakes one can have in a collection. AKA "Pogo stick with venom" Fast, strong, and completely unpredictable. Envenomings by this species is responsible for many serious bite and deaths in Costa Rica.

One of my feisty female Ringed Water Cobras (Naja annulata). The males are generally chill allowing for less dangerous interactions. Still the display is quite impressive.

Southwestern Speckled Rattlesnake, Only found in one region of Arizona, where they match the Granite crumbles in the environment.

The Western Green Mamba (Dendroaspis viridis) has them most beautiful scalation of all the Mamba's. This arboreal species is very difficult to handle as they like to climb the snake hook a warp speed. They also come in a sea green color which is somewhat rare.
