Everytime I call @secumd credit card service to discuss this, they look it up and then says the supervisor will call you to discuss. I've only been called back once and I have called them over 10 times since June.
This is ridiculous! Even a rep from @secumd talked with me and @CopaAirlines at the same time and know I never got the tickets and still had a charge on my card. I did get reimbursed for one charge but not the other on since @CopaAirlines cancelled my tix
Obviously @secuMD and @CopaAirlines think this is a game and don't care about their customers. I've been trying to get my balance on my credit card fixed since June and it's still not fixed. I was charged twice for plane tickets that ended up being cancelled by @CopaAirlines.
