Welcome to the big old thread of almost impossible to find and not been in print for decades films.
Each film will be in it's own folder and easily downloadable.
If any should be made available through legal avenues they will be removed.
182. Masters of the Universe
Cinema, Omniplex
Having a 4 year old means that sometimes when mom is working late you go to see He-man again. Still a lot of fun, bright and goofy with a sense of humour and some good gags.
1. City of Fear
Blu
Great hook with a fantastic first half but it quickly runs out of steam. Edwards is great, has that cold, cynical killer edge and Lerner knows how to build tension. It just gets bogged down in repeating the same few scenes over and over before fizzling out.
181. The Match-Stick Flame 3: Red Mafia
AUR
Incredible. No one is doing vanity action like it, a quarter of the runtime is footage from their wedding, features constant royalty free background music, sloppy fights, woeful acting, edited by a blind person, written by a child.
@realJackEason Didn't watch it myself but heard enough bitching about it this morning. People really upset that they took the full 3 minutes and didn't even do splitscreen for it or feature analysis.
@GentleDoofus We're still getting screwed by inflation here, just it differs considerably depending where in Europe you are.
It's cheaper for me to book flights, hotel and have spending money for 2 weeks in parts of Europe than to book a hotel here for a few nights.
@UpdateTheGrids I have a monthly pass to one here and find myself going to utter dreck to justify the cost as if I cancel it and see 1 film a month it's the same price.
And there's a €16M art house cinema sitting empty here fully decked out.
@UpdateTheGrids Even something like Tuner playing is a big deal and I don't even want to see it that much, and they ended up cancelling all screenings in one cinema near me and in the other cutting them back to one a day.
@UpdateTheGrids I just want a return to mid 00s, early 10s where adult thrillers and dramas got a theatrical release.
With my art house cinema gone, I have 3 multiplexs near me and outside of a handful of screenings a year, nothing but garbage on. Toy Story 5 playing on 14 of 25 screens.
@chronopictures $300 is a great days wage if working 8 hours full-time.
The criticism of her killing her chance to cash in now due to the films success ignores the previous two years where she wasn't working on sets. Most crew like her after a period of time move away from the industry
@chronopictures And that's ignoring the part where she wore a number of hats on set and was doing work outside that which she was employed to by the production.
People are also ignoring the concerns raised about people working for mileage who had to chase their money down.
