i don't think you understand that the federal government doesn't just randomly arrest people and just hope a jury convicts.

there is a reason why the federal government rarely loses cases and that is because when they identify a crime, they typically take 1-2 years to investigate where they have to dead to rights.

this SPLC investigation was started under biden and canned by the DOJ. Trump and the DOJ revived it last year and had to reconstitute the entire case with evidence which took another year to do.

i know that isn't conducive to what you want but that is the reality mixed with the fact that the courts in many areas, if you bring up a case they don't like for political reasons, you will end up getting a not guilty verdict cause of how the jury votes politically

Congress will NEVER declare another war after WW2.
