"Our fate was written in the Necronomicon."
- yet another one of many alternate versions of Ash
- once a boring history professor
- used to be evil but was ki!led by Annie Knowby
- now an antihero on the way to redemption
@KnowbyKnowledge The entity smiled proudly.
"I found the recipe on the interwebs. It's my first ever cake baking experience so I was a little nervous at first."
@KnowbyKnowledge was starting to wake up so the entity materialized himself by their bed, holding a velvet cake on a plate with a rose.
"Happy Birthday!"
@KnowbyKnowledge "You are one."
Ash disappeared then returned with some cutlery and a plate. He cut a slice from the cake and put it on the plate, then cut a delicious chunk out and held it to Annie's mouth.
"My empress."
@KnowbyKnowledge That was a relief to hear. As for himself, he could spend all eternity with Annie if they were able to.
"We can stay here like this then. Don't you want to eat some cake, though?"
@KnowbyKnowledge "I'm feeling exactly the same way," Ash responded, wrapping his arms around her possessively.
"What would you like to do for today? You can pick anything."
Except for visiting her parents.
@KnowbyKnowledge "Don't be silly, it's the least I can do."
He carefully placed the cake on the nightstand then joined Annie on the bed.
"How are you feeling on this beautiful morning?"
"Look at you, " Ash smirked. "The Saviour of Humanity dirtying her hands for me.
This is true love."
Instead of being a messy either like others of his kind, the entity began chanting an incantation.
>
@KnowbyKnowledge "You did," Ash replied with a warm smile and walked to Annie to wrap his arms around her.
"It beats eating my own kind anytime. That was a refreshing meal. Thank you, my love."
