my other twitter account is followed by so many non-sports people i needed a new outlet. I’m a longtime casual hawks fan (since the early 00’s) who has recently entered into the sicko phase of loving football. 🏈 🤘
Trey Smith is a bad man, but it don’t matter how much of a beast you are if you go in with bad technique. Trey should be striking this kickout block with his left shoulder, and left foot forward. Same foot same shoulder is how power is generated. Conversely we see Jared Ivey striking Trey with perfect technique, right foot forward right shoulder. Ivey is also way lower and does a great job squeezing down the line and catching Trey before he is ready for contact. Trey is still a badass, but what Fucking Outstanding rep from Ivey.
Sidenote, Ivey also looks huge! It was always a problem for us when teams used a Big End out on the TEs, especially in nickel. Would ruin a lot of runs to the strong side. Seattle doing that years ago with Red Bryant was almost comical watching what he would do to other teams TEs.
in general i agree with this but when the two teams they have emotional ties to are the niners and the steelers… literally any other teams would be preferable
NFL owners unanmiously approve $9.612 billion Seattle Seahawks sale. That extra $12 million top-off a likely nod to Seattle’s loud fan base known as the 12s.

the sprawling electrical substation that malevolently watches over every 49ers practice will never not be funny to me. i think it gets bigger and closer in every video i see
New #Seahawks safety Bud Clark says he patterns his game after Kam Chancellor.
“He always brought the pop. I feel like he was the hammer, not the nail. That’s what I try to do.”
