My first playbill! Opening night tonight is sold out, and so is Sunday’s matinee! There are a few tickets left for Saturday’s show at 8:00 though, and I really hope you’ll join us!
Spent over four hours today painting the set for my play. This is probably the hardest I’ve ever worked on a creative project in my whole career so far, but all the long nights will have been worth it for me to watch this deeply personal story come to life on stage next week.
This might just look like a plain old set of keys, but that little blue fob on there is what gives me access to 30 by Ninety Theatre for rehearsals every evening.
My play opens on September 4 and tickets went on sale this morning. I hope you can come watch my story on stage.
Had a great class today! There are still two more this week on Wednesday and Friday at 2:00 at the Covington Branch of the St. Tammany Parish Library. I’d love for you to come write with us! 📸 Eva Saladino
Running on two hours of sleep, some wickedly strong coffee, and listening to loud music on the drive over, but it was worth it to hang out in the radio station and talk about some big things I have coming up! 📸 Eva Saladino

Auditions for my play LATE SHIFT at 30 by Ninety Theatre last night were amazing! So many great actors showed up! Here I am with director Julie Keen discussing the roles. Hope you can come out to the show, which runs from September 4-6! I have a feeling it’s going to be magical.
Very cool to see Late Shift next to so many other amazing shows! We’re holding auditions on Sunday July 12 at 5:30 if any of my actor friends would like to try out for a part. Just let me know and I can send you the details and sign-up form. And please help spread the word!
“The scariest monsters are often the ones we live with, but the quiet power of family love can still prevail. It’s a tender, unflinching conclusion that elevates Walk the Night from a solid genre hybrid into something genuinely moving.”

I remember when I was six years old and going to see TOP GUN at the movie theater with my family. It was a big deal. It’s cool that they’re bringing old movies (and old men like me) back to theaters like this.
