The military launched several air strikes during an opening ceremony of the resistance forces’ local administrative office in Kanbalu in Sagaing, and initial reports said it killed over 50 people around that area, but the losses could be much higher.

The military council's aircraft bombed Kawkareik township in Kayin State at around 00:10 am on Oct 24, after their KhaLaYa 97 Battalion fired weapons on Oct 23 evening. The detailed situation about the aerial bombing is not yet available.
