@AmericanAir American Airlines cancelled my flight and stopped communicating with me. Customers have rights but I feel powerless to get my situation resolved. Please have empathy for folks attempting to travel during the holidays.

@AmericanAir Complete nightmare today. We were denied checkin until we filled out a new Check-Mig migration form to Colombia. We were given the wrong website, could not fill out the form via cell & lost our expedia vacation entirely. Nobody helped us at SDF. Lost $$$ and time.

@AmericanAir I would give AmericanAir a net promoter score of zero out of 10. I received no help today. Only poor options and a ruined vacation. I cannot believe this has happened.

@AmericanAir I am so sad. Neither Expedia nor American Airlines helped us. We lost our vacation due to a simple oversight and horrible customer service. I would never recommend expedia and American Airlines to anyone. My birthday and Thanksgiving are ruined.
