Close encounter with nightjar last evening. They seemed incredibly curious and several times hovered very close to me. Is this typical behaviour @mikeshewring ?

Lots of waders at high tide, Sker this morning. I think these are Sanderling also Turnstone, Oystercatcher, Curlew, and Dunlin.
