@sethmhardy I was about to ask "if a poor family.stops offering meat because they can't afford it, was it necessary" but then I'm a vegetarian!

I'm of mixed mind. The shortage is real and it takes the most rads to cover overnight because of the schedule.

@MarilynHeineMD @MassMedical This is so real. And so hard. Doctors are drowning in work and institutions are just asking us to work harder. The state expects our costs to stay down and we can’t keep our practices open because inflation all around us is rampant and yet medical payments don’t keep up.
