It seems there is a tearing hurry to go to SC. Should judges be allowed SC elevation out of turn, bypassing seniority? That makes him vulnerable to quid pro quo. What is examined before a judge is elevated to SC? Loyalty to the emperor? Should people not know? What face will they show the young gen? No out of turn, opaque elevation shud be permitted. Esp in such cases who throw law to the wind and go out of their way to please the executive. We should be careful of weaponisation of courts. Integrity of courts is most important for democracy to survive.

मेरा जवाब -

आप ख़ुद ही कह रहे हैं - E20 से आगे पेट्रोल में एथेनॉल मिश्रण बढ़ाने का “अभी” कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया गया है। आप माहौल ठंडा होने का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं। जैसे ही माहौल ठंडा होगा, आप उसे लागू कर देंगे। मुझे खुशी है आपने स्वीकार किया कि निर्णय “अभी” नहीं लिया गया।

जैसे E20 बिना किसी वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन के लागू किया गया, किसी की नहीं सुनी गई, धमकियाँ देकर सबको चुप करवा दिया गया, वैसे ही आप E50 भी लागू कर देंगे। यही आपका काम करने का स्टाइल है। आप कहाँ विज्ञान, साइंस और इंजीनियरिंग को मानते हैं।

अगर आपने E20 लागू करने के पहले कोई अध्ययन करवाया है तो उनकी रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक क्यों नहीं करते? छुपा क्यो रहे हैं?

मोदी सरकार का क्या प्लान है? पता चल रहा है कि पेट्रोल में 50% से ज़्यादा की मिलावट करेंगे। अभी बस माहौल शांत होने का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं। पहले आपकी E0 और E10 गाड़ियों में ज़बरदस्ती E20 पेट्रोल डालकर कबाड़ा किया। आज अगर आप E20 नई गाड़ी खरीदते हैं तो सरकार कुछ दिन बाद उसमे ज़बरदस्ती E50 पेट्रोल डालकर उसका कबाड़ा कर देगी।

सरकार जल्द ही डीजल में भी मिलावट करने वाली है।

इसलिए अभी कुछ वर्ष आप पेट्रोल और डीजल की नई गाड़ियां खरीदने से बचें।
