For a non-Jew residing in, say, Streatham to dial Hatzala of North West London in the throes of a medical emergency would be an exercise in futility; the response time would be considerably longer than that of a standard ambulance already stationed in their vicinity.

There is no discrimination at play, no sinister exclusionary plot, no matter how desperately you strain to conjure one.

Hatzala does not refuse non-Jewish callers; it simply operates on the immutable laws of geography, logistics, and limited resources.

Volunteers cannot teleport across London with their finite fleet of vehicles.

Yet, and this fact shatters your carefully constructed narrative, numerous non-Jews living in or near those very Jewish neighbourhoods do indeed summon and receive Hatzala’s services without issue.

Your ignorance of this reality merely exposes the depth of your own blinkered worldview.

What, exactly, did you imagine Hatzala to be?

A publicly subsidised national health auxiliary obligated to serve every soul in the whole of the UK?

Did you truly expect Jews to empty their own pockets to bankroll a nationwide, all-encompassing UK-wide emergency service for the benefit of the entire UK population?
