Hey @TMobile here’s an idea: allow for an exception in your policies so if a customer’s spouse dies suddenly, the choices for their phone don’t end up “keep your dead spouse’s phone on your account as a grief paperweight to get the trade in value” or “pay the cost out of pocket”

Total zoo here at @ElectrifyAm Culver City. Lines on both sides, total of 7 cars in line to charge, multiple stations broken. Meanwhile 5 stalls available at the supercharger in the same parking lot. This is an embarrassment. Waited for 30 mins and gonna leave. @RateYourCharge

Charger 04 is “working” at 75kW. Almost double the other ones as people jockey for space.
