Small but mighty update to https://t.co/sgONO8NEuf iOS version - it now shows air quality data local to you iPhone’s coarse location in addition to tracking your home air quality station.
Also some usability improvements to work on zoomed screens, and give some welcome text
@DublinCommuters@sineadgibney can you comment on this - like a lot of the Soc Dems proposals, but this type of behaviour from your potential colleague a constituency over gives cause for pause...
@HugoMills i bet this is a capacity topic, masquerading as a safety topic. escooters take more space than the average commuter, so if people take their escooters, fewer commuters can fit on, making capacity problems more evident.
Anyone wish to test the theory with a push (manual) scooter?
@DublinCommuters I think the reality is far more cynical...it's a wedge topic that a subset of the electorate care about, and it's election season. That's it.
Horrible really.
@MarionDorgan@philipnolan1 I find them in Tesco quite a lot.
Never have any of the random spice explosion ones like you get in Galicia, but still very tasty
@OConnorOisin@GerHerbert1 i'd say that's a big part of it. some EVs mimic the old "creep" function from ICE Automatics, others don't, but creeping is a good indicator to driver that they are in gear.
While it's hopeful that @ESBNetworks will ensure that the "green hydrogen is truly created from green only electricity, I am a bit skeptical of the hydrogen power bandwagon (and reporting thereof). @Microsoft in fairness have a good history of R&D in this domain
Yes the Greens have delivered in Government. The decade of change is not over. The floods alone this week should be a reminder that now more than ever we need to make sure we keep reaching our climate targets & building a better future for all. Only the @greenparty_ie will do that.
@DaraghCassidy This is similar to the late 90s / early 2000s discourse about mobile phones...
Let's see if this objector will remove their ESB Meter, in a demonstration of their rejection of electricity.
@Pidge@RoryHearneGaffs I think part of it is they increase, because their competitors cannot serve the market capacity wise due to demand - they'd be foolish not to increase
@mulvanypeopleb1 @Care2much18 When I was in Spain on Erasmus in the 2000s, the local Chinese take-away restaurateur (whose services myself & roommate were quite familiar with) offered us a glass of some spirt with a scorpion in the bottle - right there with ya as a migrant consuming bugs!
