I’m so impressed with the new tinned mackerel from @shinesseafood whose tuna I already love. I wanted something clean & easy this eve: basmati steamed pilaf style with sliced ginger & garlic, cloves and peas, plus fresh mint, dried tarragon, lemon juice and mackerel in brine 👌🏻
