3 Min Fractal completes just before the start of the New 81 m Candle open

Why 81min ? 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 = 81

The fractal is 3 TF's lower than the candle open

Once we retest the Bearish CSD leave before the new open it completes but heres the thing
