@piersmorgan my wife and I watch @GMB every morning. Both work full time, have two children. It’s an absolute disgrace no government ministers will come on. It’s my right as a tax payer and resident of the uk to know what’s going on.
@British_Airways With all due respect, I’m out of pocket with expenses and I was disrupted for over 17hours. It’s been all over 2 weeks now. What is an acceptable waiting time then? Because personally I feel that has passed
@British_Airways Emailed over two weeks ago about my delayed flight and sent off expenses, I’m still yet to hear a reply except the automatic email on sending. Anyway someone can respond?
@British_Airways Yeh I’ve done it now, how long do you normally take to respond to complaints, I’ve filled out the forms online, a week vacation for my family included over 20hrs of delays and a lost bag, horrendous ordeal
