His warning:

If nothing changes, the Canadian dollar may not stop at 1.50 USD/CAD... it could eventually head toward 1.60+.

Family of 4 with a stay at home wife/mom. We have 2 cars and a 4 bedroom house.

I need to net (after taxes) $200K per year just to cover living expenses.

I purchased a church that was vacant for 6 years, for just land value.

Gutted it.

Renovated.

Repositioned as a daycare and had multiple offers $200K above what I paid for it in a few months.

In fact, life expectancy has gone down, they don't have cleans drinking water, crime is off the charts, and the communities are worse today than 10 years ago.
