1/4 The MOD has admitted the systemic destruction and loss of the nuclear test veterans' medical records. The very records that veterans have been fighting for to prove their case. Our client @atomiclabrats demands justice.
@SorchaEastwood Thanks for your support Sorcha, and indeed - yes we go again, keep on pushing. We hope @andyburnham will agree that we should apply #hillsboroughlaw immediately to our case, have a fresh review, independent of the MoD, so that we can get the truth for our families.
The truth does not have a sell-by date and yet that's exactly what @ChinookJustice were told yesterday, just streets away from Parliament as the Hillsborough Law was passed. The irony. I am beyond disgusted at how the MOD & the state have repeatedly blocked these families- we are not giving up. We go again.
@BBCBreakfast If you speak to a govt minister on the prog, please ask why they are refusing to be candid with our families who are in court seeking transparency over the 1994 crash
The long-delayed bill to create a Hillsborough Law is expected to be approved by MPs next week after the government confirmed it could return to Parliament before the summer recess.
A government source has told the BBC that ministers have now agreed a new amendment, which campaigners say means there will be no exemption for the intelligence services.

Tomorrow our families face
@DefenceHQ lawyers in court. We have been helped by technical experts, reporters and FOIs to uncover the cover-up.But as #hillsboroughlaw progresses in
@HouseofCommons - govt lawyers will be fighting transparency #chinookjustice

Exactly 15 years ago today pilots - Jon Tapper and Rick Cook - who were wrongly blamed for the 1994 crash were cleared by @liamfox
As #hillsboroughlaw progresses, candour will be in short supply in court, as our families battle an MoD cover up.

We got the hat trick. Thanks to the @CIPR_Global@CIPR_Awards judges for our amazing award for social purpose campaign last night. We are thrilled to win and that even more people know now about our #chinookjustice campaign.
Thanks to Lord Bruce for voicing his opinion in today's @TheScotsman & thank you to @alistairkgrant for his front page splash today.
2 members of the official review and ex Defence Secretary who believe they were misled and the cover up must be exposed.
