@dantley @Stammy It depends how the accrued PTO is set up. If there's a cap on how much you can accrue each year, or on rollover, then there's an incentive to use your PTO.

I think it would be great to see more companies trying out minimum PTO days together with an unlimited vacation policy.

@hankgreen I started the one month trial of premium so I could at least get a break from the onslaught of political ads until after election.

The viewer experience with ads has seriously degraded, even if I enjoy the videos I’m watching I feel like it’s ruined by the ads.
