Been waiting on @virginmedia Customer Relations messaging team replying since 2:44pm today. I gave notice of contract cancellation on 27 April, then 8 May, then 12 May after more than 20 years of contract as moved house on 27 May. Why am I still receiving a bill for 1-31 July?!
