@medzn_ Yeah I feel you there. If you've had a crack squad of lads look over it, I lean to think hardware issue vs software. If it's the PCI version though, absolutely swap ports first on the main PC and see if that helps things out. Think it's smart to rule our hardware fault

@medzn_ Also, if it's the PCIE one, swap the port it's in to a different port if you have one spare, you might be having some pci lane fuckeries

Swap the card into the other PC, see if you still get the jitter. Streaming PC becomes gaming PC.

If it's still scuffed on a pc swap, the card is scuffed, if not, small win?
