@mhbarns @CityNewsTO It's specifically high-fructose corn syrup, known in Canada as "glucose-fructose", that's the real problem. It's the artificially-high fructose that the body can't properly process. Companies like it because it's cheap.

Nothing wrong with pure corn syrup in moderation.

@401_da_sarpanch No, I crossed at 1530 Fri, took about an hour. The issue was waaaaay too many cars, blocking 2 lanes. Almost every booth was open. Once I got past the cars, drove almost right to a booth.
