We have been without power since Sunday! We have logged and escalated multiple times. ⚠️⚠️ We keep getting shocked when we touch the taps!! Multiple houses reporting the issue.
Technician has been “appointed” 3 days later,no technician

We have had a week of this power in the road. Multiple homes have phases down. We have all reported this issue multiple times and it’s been escalated multiple times. Is anyone able to restore the power and fix the pole?
