@MKDonsFC Well done Warney! Perhaps if you’d had shared moments like that with the Rams fans it would have closed a gap. We’ll never know but I think you may have learned from it. Either way, super happy for a good bloke!
@BBCDerbySport@BBCDerby@Ed__Dawes I remember it exactly the same, even the Anglo Italian cup! What sticks in my mind was the Leicester fans on every bridge of the M1 all the way home. It left a scar because we were robbed!
@stusfootyflash Remember that game more than most, sat in The C Stand under lights taking on a premiership team and giving them a game. Shef Wednesday home and away also sticks in the mind for the same reason. Can’t believe it’s 32 years ago!
@Toshisaram@charliesmith_dc What comes around goes around! Hope Wednesday get drawn against The Rams on the opening day of next season so we can convey our deepest sympathy!
Hey Customer Services @mirashowers please tell me how I contact you to discuss the shower packing in again?? It’s 4pm on a Thursday and your CS line is closed with a message telling me that you are open from 9am to 5:30pm? Have you just given up and gone home?
@redgolf99 @BlakeFallows I agree. There is no way Forest can carry a £170m debt in the Championship so it’s administration then liquidation I’m afraid. Then you might have to settle for Notts Forest in the northern premier league! Just saying.
@Owen_Holmes_ @TFRFootbalI Hope this is true as it’s a great sign of intent from DCFC and sends out a clear signal to any vultures still circling the club hoping to capitalise.
@JakeBarker1212 CK’s bid payed non football creditors 35p / £1 which would have avoided a 15 point penalty. I would imagine that Clowes, Ashley, Morgan and Appleby’s offers all fall short of the 25p minimum so we’ll be starting the season with -15. The last straw for Rooney I think.
@BBCDerbySport It’s obvious why Rooney has gone. I imagine that All offers for DCFC now will fall below the threshold for avoiding another 15 point deduction and I don’t think he could stomach it. Who can blame him?
If you were buying a football club & the deal was on the brink of collapse would you
(a) Try to save the deal
(b) Keep a low profile
(c) Put out a reassuring statement to say nothing to worry about
(d) Play in a pro-am golf tournament?
