@BookOfEli_NFL EPA isn’t a QB stat god damn man every day I’m flooded with this. EPA is an offensive efficiency stat, it’s flawed when applied to individual players, especially QBs. And who gives a shit anyway? We gotta make it past the first round or at least win a division before we brag.

@chris9lives @Peter_Bukowski I’m also referring to the coaching and O-line play, but still a valid question, they were bottom third in plays run, who knows what the epa looks like if that was higher. Results matter though, EPA is one metric among many, none of which matter more than wins and losses.

@Peter_Bukowski EPA measures the result of a play, takes sooo many variables into account, to say a high EPA QB is superior based on that EPA is flawed. 11 players, including the one who actually receives the ball and moves with it, influence that play and raise the result beyond expectation.
