@tierney1981_t Tom did you check for leatherjackets we have the same problem with oats after winter barley where the regrowth was in the previous swaths. The crows are doing more harm than the leatherjackets

Spring drilling for 22 finished. Never saw land as dry in Dec and Jan before. Hexham spring wheat going in at 215kg/ha after a double break crop with crop residues chopped and incorporated, cover crop drilled in early Sep and gw compost applied yesterday.
