Hi just wanted to escalate this issue regarding Crypto Deposit
I was mailed a IPV Link, during the process I was informed that as I am currently in my location address as stated in my Govt ID , My KYC can not be verified.
This doesn't make sense.

My branch hit 102% on deposits that year.

My section had zero audit objections. Zero customer complaints. My individual target achievement was documented at 94%.

I expected an ACR of 85. Maybe 88.
I got 74%.

The remarks said: "Officer shows satisfactory performance but needs improvement in taking initiative beyond assigned duties."

I read that line four times. I did not understand it.
Then a colleague explained.

My Branch Manager had wanted me to attend weekend marketing drives. And after-hours customer outreach programs. These were not in my KRA. Not mentioned anywhere in my targets. I had politely said no. Family commitments on weekends.

That 'no' became: does not take initiative beyond assigned duties.
That one line kept me out of the promotion pool for that entire year.

Not because I failed. I exceeded every target they gave me.

Because I went home on a Saturday.
This is not a complaint. This is just what the ACR system actually is.

Performance is what you achieve. ACR is what your manager felt about you while you were achieving it.
I wrote a book about this. Because nobody should find this out the same way I did.
