@jemin_p 4 years is the average time for a significant technology change that is useful for an average iPhone user. For someone who doesnt even use half of its functions it would be 6-8 years before they think of an upgrade or change.

@Dyson @AskDyson Please check there seems to be a fake handle @DysonRepFB trying to provide support for Dyson and asking us our personal details, credit card details along with expiry and CVV. They pass our number to someone else who contacts us on WhatsApp via [phone]

Absolutely tired to useless customer service of @Dyson. Even though i have bought their flagship which is also one of their most expensive products. It has stopped functioning the way it should. Their Customer service just keeps ghosting me after asking my details.

@AskDyson We have made a complaint to your customer care about the fluffy optic not working as designed (the light is not working). Since it is warranty we are asking for a replacement. Reference number is 41676294. Can you please help ? Its been over 6 months now :(
