Purchased an LG AC from Flipkart,got it installed on 4 June. It has cooling issues from day one. I also purchased Flipkart Trust Shield, raised a complaint, but after 16+ hours there's no update,service appointment,brand ticket. Need urgent assistance. @flipkartsupport @LGIndia

@flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K When I try to return this product, I'm redirected to the Flipkart Trust Shield section, but there's no option to report an issue. Also, when I try to track the ticket already raised, there are no updates visible, even though it says the ticket status will be updated within 4 hour

@flipkartsupport Looks like as a standard approach, you redirected me to LG which you shouldn't at the first place given flipkart trust shield promises to cover you for first 30 days.
I will wait till 48 hours else see you guys in NCH/consumer court. @flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K
