I’ve been using the shipping aggregator @shipdaak for the past few months because of their competitive pricing.

Today, my team informed me that more than 200 COD parcels delivered during April and May are still pending payment.

The outstanding amount is approximately ₹2,55,000, which has not been credited yet.

Their team says they are facing a banking issue, but the delay has now become very concerning.

One of our COD customers received a call from an unknown number demanding advance payment before delivery. The caller sent a personal UPI QR code over WhatsApp and pressured the customer to pay.

Thankfully, the customer's banking app flagged it as a "risky payment" and they did not proceed.

This is a serious scam targeting COD customers and damages trust in online shopping.

Customers: Never pay to personal QR codes sent over WhatsApp for COD orders. Payment should only be made upon delivery or through official payment links from the seller.

Courier partners and aggregators need to investigate how scammers are obtaining shipment details and customer numbers.
