@British_Airways 4 weeks and still no reply for a reimbursement claim that I raised for my flight from Denver to Bangalore which was scheduled to reach in 24 hours but took 72 hours because of flight delays, cancellation, another delay causing me to miss the connecting flight.

Very conveniently you've removed call support from your IVR for everything except international flights. And there's no FAQ/help section of issues related to Wallet or Gift Cards.
