People lack accountability, then be like "You could've just talked to me". No, I couldn't. You don't listen. You deflect. You gaslight. You make me feel like i'm the problem for bringing it up. So no, i stayed silent to protect my peace, not because I didn't want to fix.
I genuinely can't comprehend how a voice like this could be banned from the industry
No offence, but this version brings the exact essence that felt missing in the original track! @Chinmayi 🤍.
The uneasiness in India right now is real.
I’m not an expert in defense or geopolitics. But I do know what it means to be human. And I won’t stay silent while death is met with celebration.
War is never simple. It’s messy, painful, and full of irreversible loss for all the sides involved.
India obviously has every reason not to trust Pakistan. But always remember the people of J&K, always caught in the middle, living with decades of disruption, grief, lockdowns and silence.
Patriotism doesn’t require the celebration of death. Every time someone speaks against war, they’re drowned out by a chorus of “they deserved it.” Some even extend that to civilians, saying the locals deserve it because they “housed terrorists.” That kind of thinking that entire populations can be painted with one brush is dangerously dehumanizing, be it for India or Pakistan.
Support your country but hold space for compassion.
Check in on your loved ones. Question your sources. And above all, stay human.
someone at work said that a generation of kids growing up not reading books is a generation of kids not learning how to imagine what it's like to put themselves in someone else's shoes and understand how/why they feel what they do (empathy)
