dinner posting: had a busy day so it was an easy lazy meal tonight. cooked up some chicken thighs, tossed asparagus in lemon pepper and air fried it, air fried some frozen french fries and whipped up a little dijon honey dressing 👍🏻

had some questions about the chicken - i tossed it in olive oil, dijon mustard and a ton of dry herbs & spices then cooked it on a really hot skillet! iirc i used garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper and a salt free herb & garlic seasoning blend
