Curve Finance founder Michael Egorov (@newmichwill) has criticized PumpFun and Phantom over their products and user experience.

Egorov described PumpFun as a platform centered on memecoins and called it a “casino of scams.” He also said Phantom’s hardware wallet experience was worse than MetaMask’s.

Egorov acknowledged that Solana provides strong ecosystem support for developers and projects. However, he argued that some of its leading applications still fall short.
