@FlorentGorgesFR Hi. Just wondering if you've started working on a follow up book? Snes? Is there an ETA of when it might be ready? And please publish in English!!
@tcwpodcast Hi. Just wondering if we can expect the second book any time soon? Is there an ETA? I'm very keen to read about the contents of nintendo through the 80s and 90s!!
@Frank_Kalikakis No he wasn't. He's full of it. Saint Kalinske can do no wrong. All you have to do is read console wars to know how full of it he is. And that documentary was extremely well researched. I feel absolutely fine believing it over these "other" sources from the Web.
@Frank_Kalikakis I just said watch the documentary. Have you? I have. In the documentary, it shows that Tom Kalinske lied about the number of units sega sold in the USA.
@ObsoleteSony Definetly. History, models etc. Would be amazing. The online community could help with photos of various models that you don't have access to.
@FlorentGorgesFR Hi Florent. I'm loving your NES book. So much detail! Would you do books on snes and N64? Snes is my favourite, but I'm more interested in N64 due to its complicated development. If you could uncover why certain hardware decisions were made in detail please!
@dannybiv And if Nintendo released the microcode and fully helped 3rd party developers with other info..I think just those few of things could really have levelled things. As you see in the gamecube era, Nintendo tried to do better, but by then it was too late and playstation had the lead.
@dannybiv Hi. Just read your 64DD article in Pat Contri's book. Do you think if Nintendo had somehow released it when the N64 launched or not long after, would it have been a game changer? For example- would Square have been happy to make FF7 on it? Or would capcom do SF3?
