If what I want to purchase is not available, then I'm not going to be railroaded into buying something I don't want as a poor substitute. Up to Sony whether they grasp that concept; I've made my choice.

So yes, customers can change things by voting with their wallet. Sorry if you're unable to grasp that concept.

@AdamKoralik Perhaps he could never work out how discs & disc drives work, so the age of digital has been something of a godsend for him.

The sheer stupidity & lack of cognitive activity of some of the people commenting in support of Sony on this issue is quite literally breathtaking.
