@VirginMediaIE I don't suppose you can help with a different problem. I'm on the 1GB fibre. When we upgraded last year we received a new router, ipv6 address. Is it possible yet to revert to an ipv4 address? I can't set up certain services such as my NAS anymore. Can't use my own mesh WiFi. Etc

@VirginMediaIE hi folks. A bunch of different websites such as Clockify and services such as Ring not working today for me in county Kildare. Can't get a hold of customer services either. Any ideas what the story is?

@VirginMediaIE having lots of internet issues the past 24 hours. Takes 10-15 seconds when clicking on weblinks then it starts loading. On the 1Gb fibre. County Kildare. Anyone else having this? #VirginMedia
