My internet from JioFiber suddenly stopped working yesterday. I raised an issue with MyJio app. No slot was available yesterday and had to choose a slot today in the morning.
No-one appeared and no calls or msgs, nothing.

When I reached @JioCare customer service, they said there was no engineer available, they can’t confirm any other slot or share any details about when next time anyone will come to inspect and solve the issue. This is happening in a city like Hyderabad.
