They were shit when they were HDNL and they’re even shitter now

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

@YodelOnline is honestly the worst delivery company in the world. I’m not ordering through any company that uses them ever again. Painful

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

@TheBeerHawk @YodelOnline they didn’t even attempt delivery as I’ve been parked at the only entrance to work since 6pm. Tracking the driver and he was 5 minutes away then magically, vanished and marked as ‘attempted delivery’. Absolute joke!

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

@TheBeerHawk I’m fuming with @YodelOnline, they estimated my delivery (to my work address) between 7pm and 9pm. I kept checking progress and waited for 2 hours and they faked a delivery attempt and said they left a card.

Day 27 and no response from @Dominos_UK

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

@Dominos_UK I already have… multiple times. Keep getting told that you’ve contacted the store and you’re waiting for a response

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

So made a complaint to @Dominos_UK about the Blackpool branch from poor service on New Year’s Eve. 23 DAYS LATER and still nothing. Awful service from the store itself and poor effort from customer service in trying to get a response from the branch!

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

@JLOW_14 @sizehelpteam Take them to your local @JDOfficial with your receipt and they’ll take the ‘bug’ off for you. Sorry if they’ve already suggested this to you

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

Hopefully we here something positive back from customer service… will post any updates

[Domino's Pizza UK @Dominos_UK]

@darvis_official We kindly request for you to DM us with further details so we can look into this further on your behalf.

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

@Dominos_UK I have followed you, please follow back so I can give you all the info

[Darius M. @darvis_official]

awful service from the Blackpool @Dominos_UK branch last night. Understand it was a busy night but no excuse for the way the issue was dealt with
