@Samsung Samsung your customer service is terrible!!! I was told that a refund for damage on my fridge freezer would take 3-5 working days. Over a month later and still no refund? Why? Also don't fall for their cash back offers, they don't even read your claim forms.

@hzjoe03 I've noticed this! Nearly every movie I go to someone is either talking through it like they are on the couch filming gogglebox or they are on their phone. Some guy was sat in the row in front of me the other week and was legitimately just looking at his own selfies mid movie.
