@RickyRondo Right. To clarify: the “Blackburn” in the show was an amalgam of Blackburn Olympic and Blackburn Rovers. That way they combined the “first working class team to win it” story with the Fergus Suter story. So it’s not really one or other, it’s both.

@realBlueberry52 The English Game is Lancashire Moors, not Lincolnshire. What I’ve learned is: there are a load of different moors in the northwest of England. I honestly thought the moors in Yorkshire were the only ones.
