Why take magnesium glycinate and l-theanine together before bed?

This is the ultimate glymphatic system support and glutamate cleanse

It also comes full circle when it turns out that magnesium upregulates EAAT channels and increases free glutamate clearance

Optimal ratio of magnesium glycinate to l-theanine is 1:1-2:1 in favor of magnesium glycinate, though it can be adjusted according to individual needs

Maximum dose of l-theanine is as high as 1-2 grams, at 3+ grams it begins to have diminishing returns and can cause a lingering groggy feeling in the morning
